1. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

You have the right to cancel your agreement within 14 days after receipt of your order without giving any reason. This "cooling-off" period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the product.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is in its original condition (unworn and unwashed).
  • All original labels and tags are still attached.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • You have the proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via email. You may use the Revocation Form provided below.

Please note: The costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

Once you have notified us of your cancellation:

  • We will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your notice.
  • We reserve the right to suspend the refund until we have received the product back or until you have provided proof of shipment.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Please be advised that personalized or custom-made orders cannot be returned or refunded as they are created specifically to your specifications.
